About Viveka Weiley

• Viveka Weiley has been designing for the Web since 1994 (the year the Web was invented). He has a Bachelor of Design from the College of Fine Arts, UNSW. He has been a print and online designer for the Australian Net Guide, Creative Director at Optus Multimedia, and Hypermedia Designer for Brainwaave Interactive/Beyond Online/Streamworks. Now he runs Karmanaut, a web design consultancy, and has been teaching Web Design at the Design Centre of TAFE Sydney Institute. He's also chair of the Sydney professional chapter of ACM SIGGRAPH, a maintainer of MacWeb3D.org, and instigator of the planet-earth Free geospace project.
